SAFETECH, S.L.<\/strong> is firmly committed to implementing an integrated quality and environmental management system throughout the company, in line with the current ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.<\/p>\n

Our objective is to secure a competitive position in an increasingly demanding market through a process of continual improvement. This improvement should enable us to achieve full customer satisfaction and meet the needs and expectations of our various interested parties.<\/p>\n

To achieve this, we will:<\/p>\n

  • Maximise our competitiveness.<\/li>\n
  • Improve the company’s performance in all areas by getting things right the first time and taking pride in the work we do.<\/li>\n
  • Carry out all processes with full quality assurance and comply with all applicable legal requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Commit to the continual improvement of environmental management within our company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Customer satisfaction is the company’s foremost objective and cannot be achieved without the commitment of the entire SAFETECH, S.L.<\/strong> team, including management. We must therefore all commit to adapting our working practices to the requirements of the management system.<\/p>\n

    As a company operating in the rubber industry, we also recognise environmental aspects that we strive to reduce continuously. These include energy consumption, by encouraging the use of energy from renewable sources, and the generation of waste that is difficult to recover, which we seek to minimise.<\/p>\n

    Through our integrated management system, we will establish objectives that, wherever possible, will be quantified and will address the following:<\/p>\n

    • Compliance with our customers’ requirements and applicable compliance obligations.<\/li>\n
    • Improving process efficiency through continual improvement.<\/li>\n
    • Expanding our order book and customer base, and improving business performance.<\/li>\n
    • Reducing nonconformities and the costs of poor quality.<\/li>\n
    • Improving working conditions.<\/li>\n
    • Protecting the environment and reducing pollution, including air emissions and waste, among other forms of pollution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We are confident that, with everyone’s cooperation, we can achieve these objectives.<\/p>\n
