SAFETECH, S.L.\u00a0<\/strong>is determined to focus deeply on implementing a quality and environmental management system based on the current ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.<\/p>\n

Considering the current market demands, the main goal is to place the company in a competitive position through a continuous improvement program. Moreover, the new quality system will assist us in satisfying our customers\u2019 needs and standards.<\/p>\n

For this, we should:<\/p>\n

  • Optimize our competitiveness to its maximum.<\/li>\n
  • Improve the results in every area of the company, doing everything correctly the first time and feeling proud of it.<\/li>\n
  • Assure the quality standard of every process and comply with the legal requirements that affect us.<\/li>\n
  • Commit to the continuous improvement of environmental management in our company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Our customers\u2019 satisfaction is essential for our company and it would be impossible without the commitment of every single person working at SAFETECH, S.L.,\u00a0<\/strong>including people from the general management area. That means we all must compromise and adapt our working methods to the new system.<\/p>\n

    As a company in the rubber sector, we also have a number of environmental aspects that we are continuously working to reduce, such as energy consumption, by promoting the use of renewable energy sources, or the generation of waste that is difficult to value, which we are trying to reduce.<\/p>\n

    During the implementation of the quality system, new goals will be defined and quantified. These new goals will be related to:<\/p>\n

    • Meeting customer requirements and compliance obligations.<\/li>\n
    • Improvement of process efficiency through continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
    • Increase the backlog, customer\u2019s amount, and company profit.<\/li>\n
    • Decrease the costs from nonconformities.<\/li>\n
    • Safe working conditions.<\/li>\n
    • Commitment to environmental protection and pollution reduction.<\/li>\n
    • Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
